HOME
I offer home care physiotherapy services for older adults and people with neurological conditions living in Toronto, Ontario.
I work with patients to develop rehabilitation goals, and treatment plans aimed at achieving these goals. Our first visit together will be an in-person assessment where I can learn more about who you are, assess your mobility and function, and we can create short term and long term goals.
OLDER ADULTS
Physiotherapy services for older adults are tailored to the individual and their needs.
Services may include strength and conditioning exercises, posture training, balance training, developing fall prevention programs, and education.
NEUROLOGICAL
Physiotherapy services for neurological conditions (e.g., stroke, Parkinson’s Disease and Multiple Sclerosis) may include exercises focused on improving gait patterning, endurance training, balance training, and strength and conditioning.
Why we started
The benefits of home care physiotherapy begin with improving the accessibility of health care services. We come to a place that is familiar and comfortable to you, which can sometimes make rehabilitation less daunting.
Another great benefit to home care physiotherapy is we get to be creative! We work together to find ways to use what you have in your home to achieve your rehabilitation goals. Using your home environment in rehabilitation sessions can also make following exercise programs a bit more seamless and encouraging.

I graduated with my Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University in 2019. After working in a private musculoskeletal clinic I began my PhD in the Rehabilitation Sciences Institute at the University of Toronto in 2020. My doctoral studies are focused on exploring the potential clinical impact of using technology to support a physiotherapist’s gait and falls risk assessment of older adults. While pursuing my PhD, I work as an inpatient stroke physiotherapist at St John’s Rehabilitation Hospital, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Center.
